phwin25 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phwin25 may result in account suspension or termination and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on phwin25. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phwin25 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or individuals claiming to represent phwin25.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify phwin25 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

phwin25 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until you have formally notified phwin25 of unauthorized access and we have taken action to secure the account.

You agree that your phwin25 account is for your personal use only. You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets, access funds, or participate in promotions. Accounts used by or on behalf of third parties are subject to immediate termination.

phwin25 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your phwin25 account within minutes of a successful transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. phwin25 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds.

phwin25 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general rules apply to all phwin25 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phwin25 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits under our Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses during the period of their restriction.

All games available on the phwin25 platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, table games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Displayed payout percentages (Return to Player / RTP) are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phwin25 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts (whether under your own name or aliases).

• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after funds have been used for wagering.

All content on the phwin25 platform — including but not limited to the phwin25 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of phwin25 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phwin25 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phwin25 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phwin25 content.
• Use phwin25 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the phwin25 platform.

Any unauthorized use of phwin25 intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phwin25 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phwin25 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon.

The phwin25 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phwin25's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are non-withdrawable upon account closure unless wagering requirements have been fully met.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of the dispute being raised, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies with jurisdiction over online gaming disputes, including PAGCOR where applicable.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
